Kerrie has a key focus on Business Development for the US & Worldwide operations, encompassing responsibility for all services offered. With International Business experience as Managing Director of Coppergate International’s UK recruitment business, as well as having been a Senior Manager within a vast Global operation for a number of years, Kerrie is uniquely placed to offer a strategic focus to the ongoing development of Coppergate International. A UK National who moved to Houston with two Elementary aged children, Kerrie is also able to personify our “Orientation with Empathy” message to keep site of the true focus of what makes Coppergate successful – the happiness of the families we work with.
Colin Speer
Sales Manager
Colin is responsible for business planning and the expansion of territories, building global market share, uncovering new opportunities in previously untapped industries and developing expanded revenue streams. Colin has an extensive sales and marketing background in a variety of related industries where a strategic and consultative approach to building value-based relationships has resulted in award winning growth. Additionally, Colin provides extensive coaching and performance improvement to a growing domestic sales team.
Rebecca Matheus
Destination Services Manager
Rebecca was born and raised in Venezuela and was exposed to the experience of relocating to Houston after sixteen years of living abroad. The experience gained, via her own relocation, of intercultural stress and cultural shock, ensures she possesses the empathy to support Coppergate’s assignees. Rebecca holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Art History (Cum Laude), along with an Associate Degree in International Business.
